The tried and true classic, genuine BlenderBottle that makes mixing up your Keto Chow fast and fuss free.
How to use a BlenderBottle:

Fill the bottle with your desired liquid up to the measurement marking of your choice. For making Keto Chow, you would add around two cups or 16 oz. of water and your desired fat choice.

Add any powders, supplements, or other ingredients you want to mix into the bottle. In this case, you would add a packet of Keto Chow.
- Place the patented BlenderBall® wire whisk into the bottle.
- Place the lid on the bottle and twist until it's securely closed and tightened.

Hold the bottle by the sides or the top and bottom and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds. If there are lumps or clumps, keep mixing until your mixture is smooth.
