Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened and were purchased within the last 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened individual bags or samples.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
